It's Saturday morning, September 21, 2030. Over the previous five years, 50,000 believers have shared their testimonies on 5,000 church websites across America. Today, our nation of believers in Jesus Christ will celebrate those testimonies and the media will share the news with millions of our neighbors who don't know the Lord. Tomorrow morning, September 22, 2030, many of our unbelieving neighbors will connect with the local Bible-believing church in their community who had published testimonies on their website. The church will be waiting to welcome them.

Saturday, September 21, 2030 – A Nation of Believers Celebrate Testimonies

This is the day the nation hears the good news.

A nationally televised and livestreamed event will shine a spotlight on these 50,000 stories of hope. Media coverage, social media campaigns, and regional rallies will declare one unified message:

"If you're searching for hope, go to your local church’s website. Real people in your community have already found it."

This day is about proclamation. It is a public witness. It is the church standing together to say, “Jesus still changes lives—and we’re not ashamed to say so.”

Use your platform. Use your voice. Use your art.

• Authors and Speakers – Publish devotionals, reflections, or articles to celebrate what Jesus has done in the lives of 50,000 believers.
• Musicians and Worship Leaders – Release music inspired by real-life stories of redemption and grace that will be heard on this day across the nation.
• Influencers and Creators – Share testimonies, go live with believers, or produce short videos around the theme “Jesus really does change lives.”
• Nonprofits and Ministries – Host special livestreams, prayer events, social media campaigns, or special events at your facilities on this day.
• Athletes and Celebrities – Use your influence to encourage those who don't know the Lord to the message that there are 50,000 stories of hope waiting to inspire them.
• Corporations and Brands – Sponsor events, offer discounts for customers who have published testimonies, amplify the message, or encourage employees to share their stories.

This is the day the nation walks through the doors.

Local churches will welcome visitors who saw the stories on Saturday and want to know more. Congregations will celebrate what God has done, share testimonies in worship, and extend the invitation to everyone:
 

“Come meet the people behind the stories. Come hear what Jesus can do in your life.”

This day is about personal connection. It is local engagement. It is the Body of Christ opening its arms to a searching world and saying, “You belong here.”

How Churches Can Make Testimony Sunday Special
 

Now is the time for churches to welcome curious hearts with open arms. Here are some ways your church can turn online interest into in-person impact:

• Highlight Testimonies in Worship – Read or play video/audio clips of powerful local testimonies from your website during the service.
• Invite Testifiers to Share Live – Have members give short, personal testimony updates during the gathering to connect stories to faces.
• QR Codes in the Bulletin – Include QR codes that link to your church’s testimony page so newcomers can explore stories easily.
• Testimony-Themed Message – Preach on the power of redemption and how Jesus still transforms lives today.
• Offer Hospitality Tables – Create welcome stations after the service where guests can ask about the stories they read online.
